2.2 One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device. If multiple accounts are found, all bonuses and winnings across those accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, and mobile number — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated at any time.

2.4 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals or for transactions above a specified amount. Required documents:

• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is established, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Vipbajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 Cashback Offers

For weekly and monthly cashback offers, cashback is calculated on net losses only. Cashback amounts are credited directly to your account and are generally wagering-free.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are considered final. In live betting, odds change rapidly and delays may result in a bet being placed at different odds.

5.3 Result Determination

All event outcomes are determined by verifying results against official statistics or reliable sources. In the event of a dispute, vipbajje's decision is final.

5.4 Maximum Winnings Cap

Limits may apply to the maximum payout on a single bet or within a single day. Detailed limits are specified separately for each game or market.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipbajje platform. Any violation will result in immediate action.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using artificial or dishonest methods to exploit bonus offers.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to predetermine the outcome of a match or event.
• Software Abuse: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated method.
• Third-Party Use: Placing bets using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account.
• Fraudulent Information: Operating an account using a false identity or misleading information.

7.1 Data Collection

9.1 Closure by the Platform

• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

9.2 Closure by Member

You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@vipbajje.com or via the support chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive if there is no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of up to ৳100 or 5% of the balance, whichever is lower.

Any dispute or claim between vipbajje and its members will be handled in accordance with the following procedure.

10.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Start by contacting our support team to resolve the issue directly. If it cannot be resolved through support, a formal complaint may be submitted. We commit to reviewing all complaints within 7 business days.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

Vipbajje's liability is limited in cases of technical errors, server outages, or issues caused by third parties. In such events, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

10.3 Intellectual Property

The vipbajje website, logo, content, and software are fully protected by copyright. Reproducing or publishing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
